Hamilton Forbes was founded in 2004. The company  initially began as Building Asset Manager. From 2004-2006 Hamilton Forbes managed three apartment buildings in the greater Bangkok area. In 2006 -2008, HF built their first property. HF Place, a shophouse project located on Sanambinnam Road in Nonthaburi.  In 2008 Hamilton Forbes completed three condominium projects located in Soi Rewadee, Bangkok. Breeze 1, Breeze 2 and Breeze 3. One of the first movers in the now largely developed condominium corridor. HF is now developing a community called Sunshine Plaza, you can learn more about it here.
